Our client is seeking compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Workers to join their team in Telford. They provide high-quality care and support in a warm and nurturing 3-bedded home.

Experience: While experience working with children and young people in a residential setting, educational environment, summer camp, or youth club is valuable, transferable skills from other roles are also welcome. A strong commitment to providing high-quality care is essential. Ideally, you will have experience with children exhibiting challenging behaviours and complex needs.

Our client is looking for both day and night staff

• £13.50 per hour + £60.00 sleep-in allowance
