The Role

As a Residential Support Worker, you will:

• Provide person-centred care and support to children and young people in their daily lives.

• Help promote independence, social interaction, and life skills.

• Support with personal care, health needs, and household tasks.

• Encourage participation in recreational, leisure, and community activities.

• Work as part of a team to create a safe, warm, and welcoming environment.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.

• No previous experience required - full training and ongoing professional development provided.
