Job OverviewThe Lending Advisor is a key member of the Citi Private Bank (CPB) team of specialists, acting as a proactive and responsive product advocate for credit. Responsibilities Internal sales leader for Residential Mortgage credit offerings, liaising with the CPB Banker teams, Market Executives, Investment Counselors, and other partners to ensure credit is a core part of the CPB offering. Partner with Private Banker teams to profile their client and prospect base, identify and analyze lending business opportunities, market lending product, including client calling and account planning. Participate in regional sales and product partner calls on regular basis. Conduct book reviews on a regular and recurring basis to uncover patterns of needs and opportunities for sophisticated, innovative solutions to clients.Build, promote and maintain adequate pipeline of opportunities to meet all Private Banking metrics and targets, including acquisition, production, balances, revenue, banker participation, etc.Run regular and recurring informational and educational sessions on credit topics with CPB Banker teams to increase awareness and improve knowledge base and lending acumen. Utilize success stories, market data, and best practices to build knowledge and skill set of CPB Banker teams on a consistent and recurring basis.Establish a reputation of execution and excellence.
