We are seeking a professional and reliable Residential Manager to ensure the seamless day-to-day running of the building and to deliver a high standard of service to residents. This is a live-in position with accommodation provided, the role includes being on call for emergencies 24/7 (except when on holiday) Key Responsibilities and Requirements: As a Residential Manager at Clarewood Court, you will: Act as the primary point of contact (at the on-site office) for residents, always delivering a courteous and efficient service.Keep a written note of and report any on site disturbance, suspected breach of lease and/or any other suspected criminal or undesirable behaviour as soon as practicable to the Managing Agent and/or the Police as appropriateSupervise and keep secure any keys and fobs which may be held and ensure that they are correctly logged in and out in accordance with agreed procedures.Receive, keep safe and deliver registered mail, post and parcels for residents if
