Key Responsibilities: Handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completionConduct client meetings and provide clear, practical legal adviceDraft legal documents and correspondence with precision and accuracyMaintain up-to-date and compliant case filesManage financial aspects of transactions, including billing and cost estimatesParticipate in business development activities and represent the firm at networking eventsBuild and nurture long-term client relationships Candidate Requirements: Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ years’ experience in residential conveyancingProven track record of managing property transactions independentlyStrong knowledge of property law and conveyancing proceduresExcellent attention to detail and analytical skillsEffectiv
