The role is based in Bristol but the work that comes in is nationwide and one things is for sure you will be very busy indeed You will be experienced across all transactions, sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages etc. Key responsibilities include: Taking instructions from clients and providing accurate adviceLiaising with clients in person, over the phone and in writingDrafting documentsCommunicating with third partiesPreparing accounts and ensuring files are billed regularlyEnsuring all files are LEXCEL compliantMarketing the firm and helping generate new business leads Bristol is a fantastic place to live and work.
