Recruitment Professionals is working on behalf of a respected law firm in Birstall to recruit a skilled Residential Conveyancer. This is a full-time, office-based position ideal for a confident and experienced individual seeking to manage their own residential conveyancing caseload.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion. The firm is seeking someone with solid technical knowledge and a client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
Handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and new build transactions
Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
Maintaining accurate file management and documentation

Requirements:

Experience handling residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish
CLC qualification preferred
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment
Proactive approach to problem-solving and client service

Benefits:

Salary of £35,000 depending on experience
