You'll ensure our home operates to the highest standards, in line with the Children's Homes Regulations and safeguarding practices.Key Responsibilities:Lead & Mentor: Guide and support a team of care workers, fostering a positive and effective staff culture.Direct Care & Safeguarding: Provide hands-on support, mentoring, and constant safeguarding for young people, promoting their emotional wellbeing.Daily Living & Development: Help young people with meal preparation, laundry, and developing independent life skills in a homely environment.Engage & Inspire: Lead and participate in activities, from outdoor pursuits to supporting education, building positive relationships.Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe home, completing risk assessments and adhering to all health and safety and Ofsted requirements.Teamwork & Co
