  • Conduct thorough due diligence, including reviewing searches, examining title, and resolving enquiries to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in line with Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) standards.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders, providing clear, efficient, and supportive communication throughout the transaction.

  • Essential Skills, Experience, and Knowledge for Property Solicitors and FCILEX
  • Qualified solicitor or FCILEX with experience handling both residential and commercial property transactions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of property law, with practical experience in managing a varied caseload independently.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of SDLT, Land Registry processes, post-completion formalities, and associated compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail, capable of juggling multiple matters to tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to deliver clear advice to clients and work collaboratively within a team.
