- This permanent, full-time role is fully remote, but will require experience previously with remote working. - Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage a broad caseload of residential and commercial property matters,

- Conduct thorough due diligence, including reviewing searches, examining title, and resolving enquiries to ensure smooth transactions.
- Ensure regulatory compliance in line with Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) standards.
- Liaise effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders, providing clear, efficient, and supportive communication throughout the transaction.
- Support junior team members and contribute to team development, sharing expertise, and promoting best practices.
- Essential Skills, Experience, and Knowledge for Property Solicitors and FCILEX
- Qualified solicitor or FCILEX with experience handling both residential and commercial property transactions.
- Comprehensive understanding of property law, with practical experience in managing a varied caseload independently.
- Up-to-date knowledge of SDLT, Land Registry processes, post-completion formalities, and associated compliance requirements.
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail, capable of juggling multiple matters to tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to deliver clear advice to clients and work collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in case management systems and standard office software applications.
