We are looking for someone who can help us build a targeted list of commercial buildings in Alaska. The focus is on gathering building and roof data, specifically: Building square footage Roof size (in square feet) Roof type (flat or low-slope) We want to use this data for outreach and project targeting. Ideally, you would either: Identify and use existing tools (databases, GIS systems, scraping tools, or satellite/imagery platforms) that can provide this information, or Scrape and compile the data manually from reliable sources. Requirements: Proven experience with data scraping, research, or GIS mapping Ability to source accurate and up-to-date commercial property data Deliver data in a clean, structured format (Excel/CSV) Preference for candidates who can recommend or set up a repeatable tool/process for ongoing use
