Full time, continuing Opportunity to contribute data-driven insights that support equitable access and domestic student recruitment outcomes Base Salary $103,185 + 17% superannuation About the opportunity The Reporting Officer will join the Domestic Recruitment and Access team within Sydney Future Students. Working closely with the Reporting and Governance Manager, this role provides analytical and reporting support to inform recruitment strategy, outreach activity and access initiatives. The position plays a key role in supporting evidence-based decision-making to achieve domestic recruitment targets, with a particular focus on improving access for underrepresented cohorts. Your key responsibilities will be to: work closely with the Reporting and Governance Manager and Domestic Recruitment and Access stakeholders coordinate the establishment and maintenance of regular reporting and evaluation frameworks analyse and report on UAC cohorts, preferences, schemes and market trends prepare reporting on school engagement activities, events and outreach initiatives develop data insights to support strategic recruitment and access objectives present data and analysis using appropriate visualisation and reporting tools About you demonstrated experience working with UAC preference processes, schemes and reporting in a recruitment context strong capability in data analysis, including querying, validating and interpreting datasets experience using data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Microsoft BI, Excel and PowerPoint background supporting reporting and analytics functions within a complex stakeholder environment proven ability to prioritise analytical and reporting deliverables during peak operational periods.
