We are seeking a skilled researcher and analyst to produce a comparative analysis report on how students can use AI assistants (Microsoft Copilot (browser version not app) and Anthropic Claude) to understand and learn concepts from structured task sheets/workshops, specifically focused on Power BI tasks. The study should simulate the experience of a university student with little or no Power BI experience, using natural, student-like prompts. The outputs from Copilot and Claude will be compared side by side, with commentary on clarity, accuracy, and usefulness in guiding students to learn Power BI. Responsibilities: - Review provided Power BI task sheets/workshop materials (e.g., data analysis, visualization exercises). - Create and test natural prompts, phrased as if by a student with minimal Power BI knowledge. - Collect and document outputs from both Copilot and Claude. Analyze and compare outputs based on: - Accuracy of guidance (fact-check against correct Power BI methods) - Clarity and accessibility of explanations - Step-by-step teaching effectiveness - Ease of replication for a beginner student - Present outputs and analysis in a structured format (side-by-side Copilot vs Claude). - Provide recommendations on how students can best use each AI tool for Power BI learning.
