The role: Contact existing customers by phone, SMS and email to discuss their warranty coverage.Proactively reach out to relatable customers, identified from data, to offer suitable warranty products and services.Handle inbound calls from customers interested in purchasing the company’s warranty products, guiding them through available options.Effectively communicate the benefits of renewing or purchasing new products.Sell warranty products adhering to regulatory guidelines and company policies.Ensure all sales communications are accurate, honest and align with company standards. Clearly explain the terms, conditions and coverage options to customers, allowing them to make informed decisions.Regularly participate in training to stay up to date on compliance regulations and ethical selling practices.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, consistently working toward set goals.
