We’re a fast-growing UK personalised-gift company that designs and engraves custom LED mirrors and street signs. We use LightBurn software for our CO₂ laser machines, and we need a full-time remote assistant to prepare engraving files from customer orders. You’ll receive a small order sheet every hour (simple CSV). Each line shows: Order ID, Product Name, and the personalised text (e.g. Dad’s Man Cave). Your job is to: Open the correct LightBurn template (we’ll provide them). Replace the text with the customer’s name or phrase. Save the finished file with the correct filename and upload it to Google Drive. That’s it — no customer addresses or sensitive data. We’re hiring immediately for November–December peak season. If you’re fast, accurate, and reliable, this can become a long-term role after Christmas. Requirements Experience with LightBurn (or similar software such as CorelDraw / Illustrator). Excellent attention to spelling and alignment. Fast learner Fluent written English. Reliable internet connection and own computer. Able to work UK daytime / evening hours during busy periods. Pay & Hours £3 per hour to start. Up to 12 hours + per day available during Christmas rush Paid weekly via Upwork, always on time. Performance bonuses for accuracy and consistency.
