Eventus Recruitment is seeking a Remote Conveyancer on a full time permanent basis to join an established, independently run residential property law specialist. This is a fully remote role offering autonomy, excellent service standards, and a strong culture of values, friendliness, and work life balance. Salary is £40-45k, 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, full administrative and client contact support is provided. Role ResponsibilitiesThe Remote Conveyancer will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing files from cradle to grave. Cases will include purchase, sales, freehold, and leasehold. The day-to-day job duties within this role include:Managing a caseload of 80-90 files with expected completions of 15-20 per month Handling and progressing cases from start to finish With assistant support liaising with lenders, estate agents, solicitors, Land Registry, and clients to progress cases efficientlyConducting title checks for both freehold and leasehold propertiesContract drafting, preparing exchanges, and managing the completion processEnsuring compliance with procedures, quality control, and risk managementMaintaining excellent client communications and regular updates throughout each transactionWorking with a legal assistant to facilitate effective client and other stakeholder communicationsEnsuring administrative tasks are completed in a prompt and timely mannerPerson SpecificationThe successful Remote Conveyancer will have previous experience in residential conveyancing being responsible for owning and managing a full life cycle of their caseload. In addition, you will possess the following experience, skills and attributes:Minimum 3-5 years fee earning experience in residential conveyancingExperience of purchase, sales, freehold, and leasehold c
