You will join a national team of Contentious Probate lawyers and take responsibility for a varied caseload of disputed wills, inheritance claims and trust litigation. With a consistent stream of high-quality instructions, the role requires someone who can manage cases independently and make an immediate contribution to the team. This position is designed for a solicitor with substantial experience in Contentious Probate. Candidates should have at least three years of focused experience in this area and be able to demonstrate a strong history of handling matters autonomously. Candidate requirements: You will be a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a minimum of three years' PQE and significant, hands-on experience in Contentious Probate work. You should be confident managing claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, will validity disputes, executor and trustee disputes and trust litigation.
