Role: Remote Conscious Enrollment Guide (Sales Closer)

Company: Impact Academy — founded by Andy Zoltan (100k+ IG audience).

Offer: Impact Academy (6‑month group coaching, $5,800). No hype. We teach yoga teachers to build a sustainable online business and earn their first $1–$3k/month within ~12 months.

Compensation: 10% commission; $500 bonuses at $100k/$120k/$130k cash collected; +$500 if your PIF rate ≥55%; commission bumps to 11% if ≥60% of your deals are bank transfers.

OTE once ramped: $10k–$15k/month USD

Start: Immediate.

Coverage: Must be available for sales calls during EU/UK hours. (M–F; occasional Sat optional).

What this role really is

You guide yoga teachers through a thoughtful decision. You listen more than you speak. You sell with compassion, clarity, and consent — never pressure.

How you’ll serve (daily)

• Hold 3–5 live Zoom consults/day with warm, qualified leads (booked via ads + setters).
• Run a gentle, structured flow: listen → clarify vision → reality check → offer → terms.
• Use consent language (“Would it be helpful if…?” “Okay if we explore numbers together?”).
• Same‑day follow‑ups for no‑shows/cancels. Track clean notes in Notion.
• Collaborate with setters; give feedback to improve show rates and fit.

• Do No Harm: No fear, no guilt, no scarcity games.
• Truth: Honest framing, no inflated promises.
• Service: the right next step for the prospect, even if it’s not us.
• Consent: explicit permission before money talk or coaching.

What success looks like (first 90 days)

• Consistent 25–30% close rate, 55%+ PIF, rising bank‑transfer adoption.
• 3-5 live calls/day held, clean CRM notes, same‑day follow‑ups.
• Predictable weekly cash collected; calm energy on every call.

You’ll thrive here if you

• Are a fluent English speaker with at least 6–12+ months high‑ticket closing (coaching/consulting ideal).
• Have a calm, compassionate presence; zero “bro” energy.
• Can commit full‑time (no juggling other offers/side businesses).
• Prefer ethical, long‑term outcomes over quick wins.
• Bonus: personal practice in yoga/meditation or prior wellness audience experience.
