These tasks involve contacting businesses in the UK and abroad to confirm the accuracy and legitimacy of commercial information required for our clients to proceed with funding decisions and business transactions. All calls are task-specific, supported by a dialler system, and focused on factual verification rather than cold selling. The role requires accuracy, efficiency, and professional communication, with clearly defined daily deliverables. The position is offered as a 12-week temporary contract, with permanent employment available thereafter for successful candidates. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound verification calls to businesses on behalf of funding clients Verify that businesses exist, operate legitimately, and trade in the products listed Confirm the accuracy of core business details, including: Company name and trading status Business address and operating location, Contact telephone numbers and email addresses Confirm whether businesses actively sell or supply specific products, such as: Charcoal and solid fuel suppliers Tinned and packaged food distributors Vehicle and automotive parts suppliers Bulk produce, agricultural, or wholesale food companies. Validate that advertised or listed products are genuinely offered by the business Confirm sales activity type (wholesale, retail, bulk supply, export, etc.) where required Accurately record verified information using Microsoft
