A team of confident, articulate and highly organised bilingual Telesales/Data Verification representatives are urgently required to support a seasonal campaign within a fast paced parcel delivery service. The roles are fully phone based and remote requiring excellent communication skills with the ability to validate sensitive data accurately and maintain impeccable compliance standards.The roles will be temping initially for 8 weeks, if successful there is the opportunity of a permanent role transitioning into B2B working with corporate clients, the program offers long-term career opportunities to high-performing candidates.Key duties:Verification of B2C (names, addresses, contacts) and B2B contact information (VAT records, trading addresses, key contacts)Updating CRM and MS Office systems with data and call outcomesCompliance to GDPR procedures Providing excellent customer service at all times to maintain call quality against targetsEssential criteria:Bilingual – fluent in English, Spanish and PortuguesePrevious customer services/telesales experienceConfident, professional and engaging telephone mannerStrong attention to detail and data accuracyAbility to work independently in a remote environmentImmediately available and free to commit to 8 weeks temping ASAPWorking hours:9am – 6pm, the business operates 7 days per week across rotating shifts.
