Job PurposeThe Relationship Management Coordinator will work closely with Relationship Managers and relationship teams to deliver on day-to-day client deliverables that are critical to providing a high level of service to our clients. The job holder will continually refine processes and tasks so as to achieve maximum efficiency and consistency in client deliverables within Account Management team at Fixed Income & Data Services. Responsibilities Carry out daily operational tasks relating to ICE's entitlements systemsAssisting Account Management with day-to-day billing related queriesReviewing contracts on behalf of the Relationship Management teamAssisting Relationship Management with day-to-day CRM activity to include reporting and data entry and collation of data for the groupAssisting in the management of projects across Fixed Income & Data ServicesWorking on ad-hoc projects as and when required for the Account Management teamWorking on account revenue reports and service mappingsAssisting the Management team with CRM weekly / monthly reporting consolidationWorking on Financial / Product report reconciliation with Key stakeholders Knowledge and Experience Educated to a degree level or equivalent experienceAttention to detail and strong analytical skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to summarize and present work succinctly and accuratelyHave a clear commitment to the team approach and ability to work unsupervisedAbility to meet deadlinesCollaborative & team playerGood knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, predominantly MS ExcelKnowledge of Financial Industry - beneficial but not essential
