Job reference: 215301753THE ROLE:The role involves managing an investigatory caseload where concerns are raised regarding a registrant’s fitness to practise, whether due to misconduct, competence, or health issues and preparing those matters for hearing before the appropriate panels or committees. This is varied, challenging and highly rewarding work, covering a wide range of cases — from large-scale fraud and multi-patient clinical failings through to matters involving inappropriate or sexualised conduct.THE CANDIDATE:The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with demonstrable experience in professional discipline, regulatory law, healthcare law, or criminal litigation.You will bring strong analytical, organisational and case management skills, with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic, high-volume environment.
