Deliver all syndicate reporting in line with regulatory requirements and complying with the accounting standards. Model a culture of insight, challenge and curiosity, driving continuous improvement and right-first time information, challenging and developing underlying tools and processes, identifying opportunities, for transformation and driving execution. Drive collaboration across finance and the wider business to improve processes and tools, support understanding of business performance, and provide challenge where appropriate. Build and maintain strong relationships with the Lloyd's Corporation to support the business contribution to reporting considerations in the wider Lloyd's market Collaborate with the Strategy, Financial Planning and Performance team to produce high-quality MI, ad hoc analysis and Board papers, providing insight to senior stakeholders including the CFO, Chair of the Audit Committee and Head of Stra
