Their London office is recruiting for a Regulatory Reporting Associate, which will be a key element to this team, ensuring high quality and accuracy of the non-financial reporting (PSD, Rep, SCV, and CSDR) completed by the Bank meets all regulatory obligations, in an environment which is subject to constant change and evolution. The team is responsible for providing control, oversight, and identify constant improvements to transaction reporting obligations such as MIFIR, EMIR, and SFTR. The team is also responsible for the processing, control, oversight and continual improvement in respect of tax regulations and reporting related to US WI, FATCA, CRS, CGT and their associated annual tax packs. There will be an opportunity to learn and develop new skills in tax reporting. Skills and Experience Required: Good knowledge of the financial products and associated transactions.Possessing a min. of 4-5 years of experience in banking or financial services.Good knowledge and understanding of periodic reporting to FCA and BoE preferred.Project management experience.Strong Excel, Access skills.Strong analytical and macro skills, able to make complex data reconciliation.Ability to manage priorities in a fast-changing environment.Be able to work independently and within a team.Striving to improve the current set up and environment.Go above and beyond specific assignments.Always comply with internal & external regulations.Maintain quality standards despite scheduled and ad hoc pressures.
