We are seeking a pro-active and forward-thinking Regulatory Engagement Lead, to join the Regulatory Engagement & Governance team. In this leadership position, you will take full ownership for delivering the business' regulatory engagement strategy across the UK, Europe and Americas. You will be accountable for the end-to-end performance of regulatory engagements, overseeing all 1st Line aspects of the process, from coordination with internal stakeholders to delivering high-quality, timely responses to the regulators. A key focus of the role will be to identify and deliver strategic uplifts to enhance the effectiveness, consistency and efficiency of the regulatory engagement framework. In this role, you will be a trusted advisor and leader to the Global Head of Regulatory Engagement & Governance, driving the team's strategic vision.
