Job Address: 10123 Alliance Road Blue Ash, OH 45242 RN - Regional Director of Clinical Operations CommuniCare Health Services is currently recruiting an experienced and dynamic Registered Nurse, BSN preferred, for the position of Regional Director of Clinical Operations. This position covers our Cincinnati, OH area facilities. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years of experience in Nursing Consulting and Long Term Care. Experience as a DON is preferred. The Regional Director of Clinical Operations is a key management position whose responsibilities will include: Evaluate facility compliance to clinical policy, procedure, and care. Visit facilities weekly for intervention, audit and training. Train new nursing management.
