Clinical Responsibilities: Create and maintain professional, supportive relationships with all staff and external agencies to enhance patient recovery. Work within legal and professional frameworks relating to consent, capacity, deprivation of liberty, and the Mental Health Act. Understand and apply a range of interventions, using evidence-based practice to achieve positive outcomes for service users. Adhere to all Trust practice standards and policies. Leadership & Supervision: Provide clinical advice and support to junior team members. Contribute to clinical leadership and support the team manager in achieving objectives and quality standards. Promote staff well-being and morale, acting as a role model. Address complaints in line with Trust procedures. Professional Development: Engage in management and clinical supervision, appraisal, and the Trust's personal development review process. Take responsibility for personal development and education, including in-service training and reflective practice. Support the learning experience of students and meet mentorship requirements. Additional Responsibilities: Attend meetings and fulfill duties as instructed by your manager. Ensure health and safety requirements are maintained. Observe and act upon requirements of the Mental Health Act, equality, and diversity legislation. Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection and Trust policies. Participate in clinical governance and infection control activities.
