What you'll be doing:

You'll be the heart of a children's home, responsible for its full operation and regulatory compliance. This means:

• Leading your team with a therapeutic, PACE and DDP-informed mindset.
• Cultivating a safe, emotionally connected culture for both staff and children.
• Ensuring every child's emotional and developmental needs are met through trauma-informed care.
• Tailoring individual care plans to champion positive outcomes for each young person.
• Providing reflective supervision and empathetic, intelligent leadership.
• Maintaining Ofsted compliance and driving continuous service improvement.
• Collaborating with families and external partners for holistic care.

What we're looking for:

A compassionate and experienced Registered Manager who:

• Has at least 4 years of residential childcare experience, including 2+ years in a management role with a proven track record of Ofsted "Good" or higher.
• Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
• Possesses a deep understanding of trauma, attachment, and child development.
• Is committed to DDP-informed care and the principles of the PACE model.
• Leads with compassion, accountability, and a strong grasp of relational care.
• Is comfortable working closely with regulators and passionate about achieving Outstanding outcomes.
• Holds a full UK driving licence.
• (Bonus: Open to dual registration across two 2-bed homes in the future).
