Registered Manager of Children's Home Location: St Joseph’s Specialist Trust, Cranleigh, Surrey Contract: Permanent, Full-time Salary: £46,425 - £54,389 per annum St Joseph’s Specialist Trust is a School, College, Children’s Home and Adult Supported Living Houses. Our Children’s Home comprises a number of houses, each with between 2-6 young people aged 12-19 years who have special needs including severe social communication difficulties, complex learning disabilities and some challenging behaviour. We’re now looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated Registered Manager to lead our on-site children’s homes – ensuring every young person receives the highest standards of care, support and opportunity. As Registered Manager you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the home and provide strong, positive leadership to your residential team. You will inspire, mentor and develop staff, creating a culture of warmth, safety and accountability where young people can thrive. Working closely with teachers, therapists, families and external professionals, you will help ensure that care, education and therapy are fully integrated for each child. You must have a sufficient level of mental, physical and emotional resilience to meet the demands of the role.
