About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to join a residential service supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism. This role is ideal for an experienced Deputy Manager or Senior Team Manager ready to take the next step in their career.You will work closely with the wider management team and lead a team of Support Workers, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered in line with regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities: Support the Registered/Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the service and deputise in their absenceLead, manage, and support a team of Support Workers, including supervision and line managementOversee the development, review, and implementation of person-centred care plans and risk assessmentsPromote a positive, inclusive culture and address behaviours that fall below expected standardsEnsure care plans, records, and reports are accurate, up to date, and compliant with legislation and policyManage systems and processes including rotas, incident reporting, and documentationMonitor and maintain high standards of care and support continuous service improvementProvide hands-on support to individuals when requiredEnsure safeguarding, health & safety, and infection control procedures are followed (This list is not exhaustive.)About You To be considered for this role, you must: Hold NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (working towards or holding Level 5 desirable)Have experience leading and managing teams within a health or social care settingHave experience supporting ad
