We are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager (or a strong Deputy Manager ready to step up) to lead the service from the very beginning.This is an excellent opportunity to shape a high-quality, nurturing environment and build a committed staff team. You will be fully supported by an experienced Responsible Individual throughout the registration and setup process.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the setup, development, and daily operation of a new children’s residential home.Create a safe, warm, and family-style environment where young people feel supported and valued.Ensure full compliance with the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Ofsted Quality Standards.Prepare for Ofsted registration and lead inspections.Manage safeguarding, care planning, staffing, and home routines.Recruit, supervise, and develop the staff team.Build strong working relationships with young people, families, colleagues, and external professionals.Manage rotas, budgets, training, performance, and record keeping.Promote a positive, inclusive culture and champion high standards of care.RequirementsMinimum 5 years’ experience working with children or young people in residential care.At least 1 year in a Deputy Manager or managerial role.Strong understanding of safeguarding, complex needs, and t
