Registered Manager – Children’s Residential HomeSalary: £44,000 – £49,000 + up to £11,000 bonusesHours: 40 hours per weekLocation: Levenshulme We are seeking an experienced and driven Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home, ensuring high-quality care, strong safeguarding practice and a positive, stable environment for young people.The RoleAs Registered Manager, you will:Lead and develop the residential team, providing supervision, guidance and performance managementOversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring full compliance with all legislation and Children’s Homes RegulationsManage budgets, resources and staffing to support high-quality, safe careEnsure care plans, risk assessments and records are well-maintained and meet statutory timescalesDrive continuous improvement using feedback, performance data and auditsBuild strong partnerships with external agencies, families and professionalsEnsure the home consistently meets inspection requirements and quality standardsAbout YouWe’re looking for someone who has:Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete within 3 years)Significant experience in children’s residential servicesStrong leadership and team-development skillsExperience with care planning, safeguarding and staff supervisionExcellent communication, decision-making and organisational skillsConfidence managing budgets, resources and performanceA commitment to child-centred practice and continuous improvementWhat We OfferCompetitive salary with performance-related bonusesOngoing training, development and supportOpportunity to make a
