From our unique 60-acre site in Much Hadham, we bring together education, health, therapy and residential care to deliver truly holistic support and we are now looking for an exceptional Registered Manager to lead one of our Ofsted-registered residential homes. The Role As Registered Manager, you will be the Ofsted-registered leader of one of our children’s homes, setting the tone, culture and standards for outstanding care. You will lead a dedicated, multidisciplinary team to create a nurturing, aspirational home where children feel secure, supported and empowered to grow. Beyond day-to-day leadership, you’ll play a key role in driving continuous improvement and contributing to St Elizabeth’s wider residential strategy.
