Registered Manager Children's Home in Leeds Yorkshire LS13 We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to run our new property based in Leeds supporting up to 3 young people.Our Organisation offer a unique Emotional Behaviours service for children and young people. and specialise in children and young people with complex mental health & EBD needs & associated challenging behaviours. Registered Manager Skills and abilitiesAbility to demonstrate reasoning, numeracy, literacy and technology skills to required standard.Ability to work as a team, working closely with colleagues and other agencies.Ability to solve problems.Able to work within the principles of the Children’s Act.Demonstrate a sound working knowledge of Child Protection Issues and Procedures.Sound knowledge of Children’s Homes procedures and relevant issues.Ability to exercise authority.Proven leadership and management abilities.Excellent communication skills - both verbally and written.Registered Manager knowledge and
