About
• Knowledge of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations and working with people with a learning disability and mental health needs is essential requirement.
• NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management or equivalent.
• You must have minimum 2 years CQC registered manager experience and of managing supported living services.
• You will be required to register as the domiciliary care registered manager with the CQC, the role will have an oversight of the domiciliary regulated activity across the organisations and supported living services.
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Good leadership skills
• A genuine desire to support and improve lives of others
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment, training, supervision, and appraisal of staff
• Managing rotas, time sheets, budgets, and quality audits
• Ensuring staff provide respectful and personalised support to clients
• provide operational leadership for the service throughout mobilisation and ongoing delivery
• Contribute proactively to the development, implementation, maintenance and management of systems, processes, procedures and / or standards within the area of responsibility.
• Carrying out assessments and support planning for clients
• Supporting service user involvement in the management and development skills
