Architect Needed for London Flat Renovation (RBKC) Client: Digley Ltd Location: Holland Road, London W14 Property: Top-floor 71 sqm flat (2 beds) We are looking for an architect to prepare design and tender documents for a full renovation of a London flat. The project includes: • Adding an en-suite shower room • Opening up the kitchen (structural engineer will confirm if the wall is load-bearing) • Installing wet underfloor heating and a new boiler • Installing MVHR with silencers • Improving airtightness and acoustic isolation from the main road • Designing high-end bathrooms and kitchen The flat is not listed, and a Licence to Alter may be needed depending on final scope. ⸻ What We Need from You: please price separately.
