As our Regional Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall technical management and delivery of the company's maintenance & refurbishment programmes to all sites within a Group Property region; providing detailed technical, estates and energy support to specifically allocated sites. Providing general support to the Property department and Regional Operations Teams / Directors on all Technical related matters. Ensure that capital expenditure is aligned to the wider company strategy and the prioritisation plans. As our Regional Property Manager, you will: Manage and oversee a portfolio of commercial properties within the designated region. Develop and implement property-specific business plans to optimise income, reduce costs, and maximize ROI. Oversee the management of all site refurbishment projects and carry out the detailed management of projects on specifically allocated sites. Collaborate with maintenance and repair teams to maintain and enhance the physical condition of the properties. Conduct regular property inspections and address any issues promptly. Handle and resolve inquiries, complaints, and disputes in a professional and efficient manner. Review and analyse financial statements and budgets for each property, making recommendations for improvement. Maintain a strong network of vendors, contractors, and service providers. To succeed as the Regional Property Manager, we’re looking for: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in property management or a related field. Strong understanding of property management software and tools. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to analyse financial data and develop budgets. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation. Helping you feel good.
