- We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing activity across our South-East leisure centres. You’ll drive customer acquisition and retention, manage multi-channel campaigns and ensure our brand reflects and supports the needs of local communities.
- Working closely with regional and national teams, you’ll develop and deliver impactful marketing strategies that support commercial growth. From seasonal promotions and community events to digital campaigns and local partnerships, you’ll be at the heart of our regional marketing efforts.
- You’ll lead a small team of Regional Marketing Executives, guiding them to deliver high-quality campaigns and customer engagement. You’ll also collaborate with centre teams to ensure marketing aligns with local needs and business goals.
- This role involves regular travel across the region and participation in shift work, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
- Key responsibilities -
- Leading regional marketing strategy and campaign delivery
- Driving customer acquisition and retention across leisure centres
- Managing digital and offline marketing channels to boost engagement
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to grow brand presence
- Supporting local teams with tailored marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions
- Overseeing marketing performance, reporting on ROI and campaign outcomes
- Managing the regional marketing budget and leading a small team

- Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (Rota basis)
- Strong people management skills.
- Minimum of 2 years' marketing experience, working in a commercially focused role or equivalent.
- Significant experience of contributing to business and organisational plans and strategy development.
- Experience of establishing and working to achieve and exceed targets.
- Proven track record of delivering successful marketing and campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels and experience of developing digital marketing programmes.
- Ability to translate into action the organisations’ business plan.
- Excellent project development and planning skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, able to negotiate and persuade people both internally and externally.
- Team orientated approach, able to work across organisation boundaries and demonstrate interest and be supportive of the work of colleagues.
- Able to work flexibly with a high level of autonomy.
- Mobility to travel across sites.
- Good communication and presentation skills, able to think on feet and respond to difficult questions.
- Excellent time management skills - able to deal with a number of priorities at once and keep total workload in hand.
