This role is responsible for driving commercial impact through a standardized operating model, ensuring associates are effectively supporting revenue origination, sales execution, and client retention activities. The Regional Manager will serve as both a performance leader and talent developer, accountable for delivering measurable revenue outcomes while building the next generation of commercial leaders for the organization. Function: Scaled Revenue Solutions / Commercial Organization Reports To: Global Head of Revenue Associates Position SummaryThe Regional Manager, Revenue Associates will play a critical leadership role in developing and executing the EMEA strategy for the newly established Revenue Associate function. This individual will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team of Revenue Associates who support frontline Account Managers in driving revenue growth, lead generation, customer engagement, and retention. The Regional Manager will ensure consistent execution against global frameworks while tailoring programs to meet regional commercial priorities and market dynamics.
