Role: Regional Manager Sector: Building Materials / Construction Sales / Merchants Location: South Wales Salary: £52,000 - £62,000 Plus Bonus and Car We are recruiting a Regional Manager position for one of our clients - a well-respected Builder's Merchant. This position entails responsibility for the sales of a proportion of the branch network and a team of external sales staff too. To avoid disappointment please be aware you must have some form of multi-site management experience or be a cluster manager of some description. This is critical role for our client - you will use your skills to make sure that in relation to sales, your branches and sales team are motivated and doing what they are supposed to be doing. You must be someone that people want to work with strong communication skills, attention to detail and a progressive attitude. You must have demonstrable sales experience from your past to show that you can pass on advice to aid sales teams in what they do. Bags of drive and energy are required to lead your team and develop the business opportunities within the region. Your management and sales skills should come from a builder's merchants or a construction supply background. This is a great role for the right person and you'll have a great opportunity to shine within the senior management team.
