The Regional Head of Finance will be integral in supporting the Group CFO in driving the business forward especially as they go through various M&A. As a Regional Head of Finance you will be tasked to oversee and manage all aspects of accounting, reporting and financial management delivering the needs of both the local operational management and central group finance function. You will Manage the activities of the local finance group, ensuring robust processes that are fit for purpose to support the rapid growth of the business. Regional Head of Finance Duties. Progress the reporting and control systems to support the transition from an owner managed business to a PE backed regional financial management hub.Month end accounting to tight deadlines with performance reporting to both local management and group central finance. Day to day management of the activities of 4/5 team members covering all aspects of sales ledger, credit control purchase ledger, payroll and management accounting. Taking a hands-on approach where required. Develop the skills of the team to best support the needs of the growing business, identifying upcoming chal
