Reporting to the Binnies UK Managing Director, this role is a member of the UK Leadership Team and is central to delivering the organisation’s strategic objectives. The FCE business provides professional services to UK Flood Risk statutory stakeholders and a wide range of environmental services clients. The role is accountable for delivering and out-performing business KPIs, driving strategy and execution, and achieving sustainable, profitable growth in line with the Binnies business plan. You will lead and embed our ENGAGED culture, values and behaviours, with strong health, safety and wellbeing leadership essential.
