- Job Description
Essential Functions
- • Coordinate physical security team operations across the Google sites primarily in Czech Republic, Romania, Greece, Hungary, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium and Austria but also on request in Poland and Switzerland in accordance to the Google operational requirements and visit at least one other location on a monthly basis with pre approval from the responsible GSRS CSM/CLSM (each site under portfolio to be visited once a year).
- • Coordinate monthly/quarterly KPI’s metrics and reports (MBR, QBR( following Google formal requirements (form of presentation). Each country's Securitas team is expected to produce the KPIs with the KAM simply ensuring quality control and receipt by Google as well as attending the MQR/QBRs with local Securitas Management, as desired by Google.
- • Ensure collection by Securitas country teams of team performance and adhoc data/metrics needed from the operational point of view for monthly and quarterly reports. Metrics: Presentation form standardized across sites as aligned with Google requirements.
- • Coordinate the service quotations with local Securitas country teams according to the operational needs/contractual requests, contract budgeting & forecasting monthly spend.
- • Control and provision of the standards including the Google onboarding process, contact with xWS team, provision of the responsibilities assigned to local POC from the xWS perspective.
- • Assist/oversight of audits and ensure that all regional security teams are adequately trained to provide employee assistance for daily security needs and in the event of an emergency.
- • Ensures all teams have appropriate security certifications and safety trainings across the regions.
- • Supervise incidents reports and complex issues. Provides guidance and oversight to the region as needed.
- • Coordinate, maintain, and update the security standard operating procedures, assignment of the local instructions under supervision of Google.
- • Supervise security responsibilities, in accordance with the organization policies and applicable adequate training approach.
- • Coordinating accordingly with the training leads to shaping the security training programs to ensure that employees understand procedures for handling emergencies and other safety procedures according to Google.
- • Sustain the local security core teams, in accordance to the site specific and operational needs including turnover requirements.
- • Supervise and coordinate the reporting process for local policy breaches, and auditing gathered data by local security teams needed for further proceeding with the GSOC team.
- • Coordinate security support for large or high level events across the Google sites.
- • Support and supervise compliance officers within the internal audits including operational files and documentation.
- • Supervise escalations in the relation with Google, including incidents, adhoc and problem management issues.
