We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Thumbnail Designer to craft clean, premium thumbnails for our clients’ short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts). You’ll help each brand maintain a cohesive visual identity while ensuring every thumbnail looks polished, consistent, and professional. Responsibilities: Design clean, premium thumbnails for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok videos Ensure visuals align with each client’s brand identity and tone Deliver multiple design options per project when required Format thumbnails correctly for platform-specific dimensions Organise and deliver final exports + editable source files (PSD, Canva, or Figma) Communicate clearly and meet project deadlines Requirements: Proven experience designing thumbnails for short-form video platforms Strong understanding of composition, balance, and typography Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Figma, or any professional design tool Ability to adapt visuals to various brand styles while maintaining a clean, premium aesthetic Reliable, detail-driven, and able to deliver on schedule Preferred Experience (Bonus Points): Experience creating thumbnails for marketing agencies or content creators Understanding of how design influences clicks, views, and engagement Ability to design emotion-driven or text-focused thumbnails when needed Portfolio showcasing clean, premium thumbnail work Deliverables: For each project: 2–3 unique thumbnail options per video Editable source files + exported PNG/JPEG (under 2MB) Project Scope: Freelance, per-project basis Potential for ongoing collaborations if quality is consistently high Budget: Fixed price or per-thumbnail rate (please include your best quote) To Apply: Please include: A short intro about your thumbnail design experience The tools you use 3–5 sample thumbnails or your portfolio link Your rate (per thumbnail or per project) Important: Do NOT use ChatGPT or send a generic, wordy response.
