Recruitment and Talent ManagerPermanent | £45,000 - £55,000 | North Somerset | New Position Robert Half LTD are working with a successful and growing organisation to recruit a Recruitment and Talent Manager for a newly created role. This is an exciting opportunity to make the position your own, shaping and influencing how the business attracts, develops and retains its people. Reporting to the Finance Director and working closely alongside the HR team, the Recruitment and Talent Manager will take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from attraction through to onboarding, while also playing a pivotal role in developing internal talent pathways to support succession planning and career growth. This is a permanent role, offering hybrid working, and paying up to circa £50k DOE. Key responsibilities include: Partnering with hiring managers to understand resourcing needs and create engaging, inclusive job adverts.Leading end-to-end recruitment, including proactive sourcing, CV sifting, interviews, and candidate management.Enhancing employer brand through recruitment campaigns, careers events, and social media presence.Building and nurturing talent pipelines to meet current and future business needs.Working with managers to identify high-potential employees and future leaders, supporting succession planning initiatives.Designing and supporting career development programmes and pathways that enable employees to grow within the organisation.Collaborating with managers and HR colleagues to ensure development opportunities align with business needs.Providing coaching, guidance and training to managers on recruitment and talent management best practice.Managing recruitment budgets, KPIs and reporting to senior leadership.Ensuring a fair, transparent and inclusive approach to a
