We are now expanding our team with an experienced Full-Cycle Recruitment Consultant based in the Philippines, who will work remotely but represent Delstad Recruitment in the UK market. Role Overview We are looking for a self-driven, results-oriented recruiter who can manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and outreach to client delivery. You will work closely with UK-based clients and candidates, fully integrated into our brand. This is a long-term opportunity with hourly base pay plus tiered placement bonuses. Responsibilities Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle: client calling (business development), sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates. Work on live UK roles across multiple industries. Maintain candidate and client records in our CRM (ClickUp). Conduct LinkedIn and Job board sourcing, outreach, and follow-up messaging to generate candidate pipelines. Qualify candidates and submit high-quality CVs to clients. Liaise with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a professional Delstad representation. Attend virtual team check-ins and work UK hours. Working Hours UK Time: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Requirements Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a full-cycle recruiter which includes client building (business development) (international / UK / US recruitment experience strongly preferred). Demonstrated track record of successful placements. Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruitment tools. Excellent written and spoken English. Ability to work UK hours (3:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. PH time). Professional presentation — you will be representing Delstad Recruitment, and your LinkedIn profile, email signature, and client communications will reflect our brand. Compensation Base Pay: $7/hour via Upwork (45 hours per week). Placement Bonus (per month, based on billings): £0 – £4,999 billings → No bonus £5,000 – £7,499 billings → $200 bonus £7,500 – £9,999 billings → $300 bonus £10,000+ billings → $400 bonus per additional £5,000 bracket Bonuses are reviewed monthly and released as Upwork milestones. Example of Bonus Eligibility Month 1: Bills £0 - £4,999 → No bonus. Bills £5,500 - £7,499 → $200 bonus. Bills £7,500 - £9,999 → $300 bonus. Bills £10,000 - £14,999 → $400 bonus.
