We’re looking for a Recruitment Resourcer & Compliance Officer to support our education recruitment team in sourcing exceptional candidates and ensuring full safeguarding compliance.This is a key role within the team—perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, multitasking, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism. What You’ll DoResourcing Responsibilities:Proactively source teachers, teaching assistants and support staff through job boards, social media, referrals and headhunting.Screen, interview and register candidates, assessing suitability for a range of education roles.Maintain strong talent pools to support daily and long-term staffing requirements.Write engaging job adverts and manage candidate response efficiently.Provide excellent communication and support to candidates throughout the process.Compliance Responsibilities:Lead the full compliance process including DBS checks, references, ID verification, right-to-work checks and safeguarding documentation.Ensure all candidates meet DfE, KCSIE and company-specific safeguarding standards prior to placement.Maintain accurate records and keep internal systems fully updated.Support audits and ensure files are consistently compliant and inspection-ready.Advise candidates and consultants on compliance queries and best practice.
