Recruitment Resourcer
Location: Brighton, BN1
Salary: £26,000 + Commision & Benefits Package
Working pattern: Monday to Friday

The Opportunity:

Search Recruitment's Construction & Property Division is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our successful and rapidly growing team. If you're highly motivated, positive, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

You'll work alongside an established team recruiting a diverse range of Construction & Property roles across the South of England. We have an excellent reputation with both clients and candidates, consistently delivering high-quality, personable service. Our impressive client portfolio includes preferred supplier listings (PSLs) with many of the UK's leading national Construction & Property companies.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be involved in the full recruitment life cycle. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to; sourcing and screening candidates using advertising, networking, social media, and our extensive database. You will be responsible for checking all candidate right to works, checking qualifications and setting candidates up for payroll. We're looking for someone confident with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding service.
