- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our Internal recruitment team on a 6-month FTC basis.
- Job Description
- As a Recruitment Resourcer you will be an integral part of the team, responsible for sourcing and screening high volumes of candidates across all areas of the business including our Branch Network, Supply Chain and Head Office functions, ensuring a seamless recruitment process for stakeholders and candidates.
- This role offers great flexibility with remote working and will include ad-hoc travel to head office which is located near Birmingham Airport and local branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process applications efficiently for a variety of positions
- Conduct phone screenings to assess suitability to provide a shortlist of candidates to hiring managers
- Use a variety of sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, internal databases, and networks to find candidates and build strong talent pipelines
- Support Hiring Managers and Recruitment Business Partners in the coordination of interview scheduling and obtaining feedback
- Ensure all pre-employment checks are carried out efficiently and accurately, including: Right to Work verification (in accordance with UK employment legislation)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment team, especially around process efficiency and candidate experience

- Confident communicator with the ability to engage with candidates and hiring teams professionally and efficiently
- Proficient in using recruitment systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Someone who wants to make a difference and help grow the business
- Some understanding of UK employment legislation, especially relating to Right to Work compliance
- Can think outside the box and is able to multi-task when handling many different recruitment needs.
