We are currently looking to recruit for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our expanding team in Camberley. We are looking for candidates who have got a confident telephone manner and enjoy building strong relationships over the phone. This role will be a busy and varied role where you will be supporting a team of Consultants and assisting them with their daily workload. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent. You’ll play a key role in building candidate pipelines, managing job boards, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and social mediaScreen CVs and conduct initial candidate pre-screening callsBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacanciesPost and manage job advertisements across multiple platformsEngage passive candidates and promote roles effectivelySupport recruiters with interview scheduling and coordinationEnsure a positive and professional candidate experience at all stagesSkills & ExperiencePrevious experience in recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition (preferred but not essential)Strong research and sourcing skillsConfident communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneouslyAttention to detail and strong organisational skillsA proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine interest in peopleWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and bonus/commissio
