The Role As our Recruitment Partner – Industrial & Manufacturing, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of high-volume roles across our national manufacturing sites, including: Production & machine operativesAssemblers & fabricatorsWarehouse & logistics teamsQuality, technical and support rolesSupervisors and shift leadership roles You’ll work closely with factory managers, HR and operational leaders to deliver effective hiring solutions, improve attraction methods, and build strong talent pipelines that keep our manufacturing operations running smoothly.
