We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Marketer to join our team. This role is critical to delivering a key project in Q4, focused on our salary guide project and will be the main point of contact for salary guide creation and recruitment marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be hands-on, adaptable, and able to hit the ground running to ensure deadlines are met.. Support recruitment marketing efforts by producing, and publish annual salary guides to position the company as a thought leader in the market. Manage outbound survey systems, including survey design, distribution, and follow-up. Track, analyse, and report survey results within guide, providing actionable insights to the team. Beyond Q4: Manage email marketing campaigns and grow the company’s LinkedIn pages, ensuring consistent branding, engaging content, and audience growth. Coordinate recruitment processes, including candidate outreach, scheduling interviews, uploading candidate applications, and liaising with consultants and hiring managers.
