- Are you a skilled recruiter who is used to working with volume roles at pace? Considering a stop into an internal role? This role is working for Mace Consult recruiting top talent Project Managers in UK and Europe. The ideal candidate would have experience in a fast-paced agency environment recruiting into the built environment. You will join a successful Talent Acquisition function collaborating across the business, partners with Hiring Managers, developing key working relationships and key insights into hiring requirements to enable achievement of KPIs and objectives to meet hiring needs. Responsible for the full recruiting lifecycle, identifying, interviewing and selecting the most appropriate candidates, both internally and externally.
- Role partners with internal applicants, recruiters and hiring managers building relationships across Mace. Assists in hiring and career signposting, managing expectations and ensuring the best employee experience. Supports the operating model and continuous improvement of the TA internal opportunities service.
You’ll be responsible for
- Guiding the sourcing of talent to meet the needs of the business and support a high performing culture.
- Supporting in the identification of candidates and talent to meet the business needs and drive high performance.
- Contributing to the identification of internal talent and promotes internal career mobility.
- Reviewing and utilising a range of sourcing methods, using variety of channels to fulfil and meet talent requirements.
- Promoting and developing the use of internal referrals from existing employees.
- Delivering and supporting the provision of constructive feedback to candidates.
- Guiding the supporting of prospects and bidding activity with pipelining of unsecured roles.
- Collaborating with Hiring Managers, guiding and providing support through the recruitment process.
- Carrying out detailed proficiency and behavioural based interviews.
- Monitoring the maintenance of database of candidate’s records, ensuring the maximising and usage of the applicant tracking system.
- Guiding the achievement and adherence of compliance in accordance with employment regulations.
- Working with team to create adverts in preparation for hiring and external promotion.
- Interpreting and reviewing Power BI data and dashboards, to support the achievement of targets.
- Building key working relationship with third party partners to assist with bespoke hiring demands.
- Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
Internal recruitment portfolio
- Managing end-to-end internal application process including attraction, assessment, approvals and negotiations.
- Delivering the Internal attraction strategy for the regional hub, working closely with the hiring, work winning and work force planning teams to ensure we are attracting the necessary future skills from within the business.
- Working to identify candidates and talent to meet the business needs and drive high performance. Manages internal applications in the assigned global hub and improves the colleague experience in the global mobility processes.
- Carrying out detailed proficiency and behavioural based interviews, provides guidance on potential suitability or the best routes to take.
- Engaging with the CoE's to support the recruitment and assessment process of internal applicants.
- Establishing suitability for the role in the relevant location including advising on eligibility to work in a location and client pre-requisites.
- Providing feedback and guidance to colleagues enquiring about or applying to internal opportunities.
- Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure suitable internal colleagues are considered for relevant roles. Collaborates with key stakeholders to influence a mutually convenient start / exit date for successful colleagues.
- Communicating status updates to all parties to plan the backfill strategy for the successful candidate’s current role and pipelines suitable internal applicants and expressions of interest for future projects.
- Using key TA tools and systems including the candidate relationship management (CRM), applicant tracking system (ATS), MyHR and global reports.
- Monitoring hub global mobility plan and hub internal opportunities publications, internal recruitment marketing and talent acquisition content to attract a diverse range of internal applicants and expressions of interest.
You’ll need to have
- Recruitment experience.
- Screening, interviewing and offer experience.
- Usage of applicant tracking system.
- Sound technical/functional subject matter expertise (SME) in the talent acquisition domain (or equivalent).
- Relevant previous experience in talent acquisition (or equivalent).
You’ll also have
- Relevant to area of expertise (PMO, Property, Rail etc).
- Professional network of candidate across sector of expertise.
- Senior manager stakeholder management skills.
